Better communication and responsiveness to queries would have been beneficial. The original loan agent assigned - Mark Rivera - set high expectations with his level of knowledge and responsiveness. When he left I guess I expected the same from his successor. That comparison may not be fair so I have redone the survey as requested.

It was an okay experience. Lot’s of stuff I was not happy with but not the staff’s fault, interest rates and items needed for closing kept growing and cost more than people make in 3 months. Did not work much with Eric, Danielle was great.
