Kylie was not easy to work with we got little no response until late in the evening or the following day. Also employment verification they called my husband's work and got confirmation 3 times and said they never received confirmation.

The thing that was great to me was the officer made sure I was kept in the loop as far as what was required to get a loan approval. In each step he/she specifically informed me when something was needed to keep me in the loop. We we misled to believe that we could accomplish a cash out refinance of our existing construction loan. We trusted New American funding to be subject matter experts in our quest to convert our construction loan to a mortgage. We were forthright and transparent throughout the entire process. Had we had known that we could not have accomplished the cash out refinance we could have closed sooner, saving us money on the interest only payments we were making as well as the interest rate we ended up locking into.
