The communication overall was quick. It was nice having the periodic updates on the status of the loan process. The information that was needed from me was detailed enough to where I didn't need to ask a lot of questions but if I did the responses were prompt. I was able to utilize the home insurance part of NAF. They helped find me a great deal on insurance. Very friendly and knowlegable staff.
