Process was fantastic all the way up until the end. The week we were due to close we were bombarded with documentation requests that absolutely could have been requested prior to the week of closing. We enjoyed working with Kyle, but whoever the investor / underwriter was, did not do a great job.

Good communication for most of the transaction, however I'm not sure what happened right before close. The breakdown could have happened through you or title, but neither myself or our clients knew that loan docs were going to be late to title our planned signing. Our clients were understandably frustrated and confused by this scrambling last minute.

speed, but would make it all five stars would be better communication.. due to documents being time sensative a call or text to let the person know documents need to be signed asap would be good. i only found out cause i just happened to look at my email which i don't do daily. so a heads up would of made a difference. other than that is the reason i continue my business with you....
