My experience was unpleasant not because of Budd Malchus, who was very nice and very responsive, but because of all the documentation I had not expected. It was very stressful. It would help people like me to provide a list of the documentation that will--or might be required--in advance. Some of the requests were hard to go back and find--at least one seemed totally irrelevant. We felt like we were suspected of money laundering.
