Very responsive to your requests, overall pleasant experience and fast process. However the final closing document has not been delivered ahead of time for my to preview, someone from closing department is sick out, maybe that's why. But it would be very important for me to know the detail and final amount ahead of time, rather than have to review it on my closing day.
