In general the communication was great. However the request from underwriter for some of the documents seems little adhoc and it was extended until 2 days before the closing.

Very slow process, took over 10 weeks. Out of pocket expense was not accurate to original conversations. Slow to update status of loan process. Missed appointment times due to paperwork not being processed in timely manner.

Rebecca and her staff were excellent to work with. However, the Underwriters were the most incompetent and unprofessional group. They waited until 45 minutes before our appointment with the title company to inform us that we couldn't close without paying off our car and travel trailer. As we were driving to Springfield from Tulsa, it put us in a most awkward position. I was given the impression that there was no other alternative than to come up with the cash. WE got the job done another way.
