Our experience with David was great. He tried to explain things in detail so that we can understand what was going on. When we requested more information, he provided it for the most part. Also he tried to correct certain areas that obviously needed attention. So we were happy about all that. That being said, we felt that the next level to process our loan by others seemed rather difficult at times. We needed him to be the mediator and go back and forth with the rest of the organization.
