I made the mistake of mentioning a change I wanted to make a few days before closing and ryan and annette made it happen. Also annette made sure to communicate with me and relaying messages to ryan when needed. Buying a house I think is always going to be stressful because it's a huge commitment but I feel I made the right choice with NAF as my lender.

It would have been all 5's if we had closed on time. The fact that we received conditions the day that we were supposed to close was a big issue. The service on John's and Nico's end was fine though and I doubt they were aware there would be an underwriting issue but that should have been communicated to them so we could move the closing back earlier.
