Quick and simple. Company needs to enforce passing documents through their secure site though. I found on several occasions documents with social security number were being passed to me through email which is not secure one bit. A password on the document to open means squat for anyone who knows anything about computers and security. It will stop grandma from opening it though, so yeah, there are secure up to that excuse of security standard when using email to pass documents. Use the site!

Andy was able to offer loan programs with better terms, not available through my credit union and other traditional local banks I checked with. He was usually prompt with response to my questions and the entire process was relatively painless considering the complexity of the loan.

Easy to talk to. Spoke with the borrower in mind. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars on some things was at certain times I felt like he forgot about me, although he did say if you need anything call.

Chris was great to work with and always picked up the phone to answer questions. He was always clear about the terms and made me comfortable throughout. Only issue with the process was related to the appraiser, underwriter, and verification specialists. Too often we were getting last minute requests from these other specialists. The underwriting team should really come up with a checklist system so that they aren’t making last minute requests to the customer potentially delaying closing.
