Other lenders told me they could not help me refinance my home. Jason got me the loan I needed. Jason did what other lenders couldn't. The quick process in getting our loan was great. However, the only complaint we have is that we were told that we could access our loan within three days ( which would have been Friday 8/18/2017), but instead we can't access the money until the week of 8/21/2017. We should not have bee told the money would be there in three days ,when it will be 5 days or more until we see the money in our account.

I have a very busy schedule, so the ability to get notifications, and sign documents online was great. Also, I loved getting the loan status updates so that I knew where I was in the process at all times. I had previously went through another lender and their process was very stressful.
