This is our 2nd round with Joe and his staff. May 2019 for a new purchase and 2020 with a no closing cost rebate reduction refi. Other than a few delays all is well and new payment is ?? Would recommend Joe and his team especially if you have had problems with other companies and question if you will ever get financing.

It would’ve made the experience better if there weren’t items being requested to submit the week of closing, or the day before, that could’ve been asked before that week (ie our tax transcripts that needed to be ordered).
