2 hours before we were supposed to close, Gloria called and said the underwriters notified her a form was not completed correctly by the new HOA. We rescheduled closing for later that day. We get there and the forms had the wrong date of our trust that we were putting the new home in. We then had to change the date and initial them. We were on our way home when we got a call to return because there were more forms that needed correction and initials. Totally unacceptable.

We had so many problems trying to close. We had 4 closing dates and they all got pushed back every time. Then at the very end when we were finally getting to close we had to send in even more papers so that delayed us even more.
