Ultimately I was pleased with the outcome, but the number of persons and the frequency of requests were unsettling. Final approval of the mortgage didn't occur until 2 days before closing! This may be due to the fact that it was a GI mortgage, but it surely caused stress. Communication from Matt was good, but too many players.

Michelle was great to work with, Had a little problem initially with phone communications (I'm not into texting) but that issue was soon resolved. The help she provided with dealing with poor service from our escrow company was very appreciated.
