Joanna was awesome, loan processor was not. I would send emails with questions and it was like he wouldn't even read the email he'd just respond with something like, "got it." Several times I had to pull Joanna into our conversations because he just flat out wouldn't respond to my emails or the information on one of the documents was incorrect (even after telling him it needed to be corrected). At one point, I even requested a new loan processor. Joanna was great not so much the processor

As the Realtor, I did receive great service and communication. My poor buyer did not understand what interest rate she had nor why it was higher than she was communicated earlier.
