I appreciate the work that Fallon and her team did get my loan approved and processed. More proactive communication about the status of the loan and any additional approvals that were needed should be considered. This would help manage expectations about next steps and closing timelines.

The gentleman who took over the process from Julie did not communicate with us very well. We received forms asking for our signature without a call or email telling us to expect this. We don’t open unknown emails. When Julie was working with us, she did keep in touch and talk us through it.
