Michelle was terrific to stay in touch and always pleasant to work with. These are difficult times, but Michelle made the process as smooth as possible for me. I would like to say that there is a huge gap in communication from the LO to the UW and then back to the LP. You should do better to take advantage of a communication strategy that the Customer wants. I should not have to constantly ask for an update. I referred my daughter to refinance as well. Her experience is similar to mine.
