Good feedback and speedy process but disappointed with the upfront misrepresentation that we were to receive $80,000 in cash out. In the future you should look at home values more conservatively and not make me believe that you were knowledgeable/correct in your initial assessment. It wasn't until the actual Appraisal came back that the disclaimer statements, justification and excuses were given. The amounts were way off.
