It would be best if the promised documents entitled to the clients will be given after all face to face meetings sand all arrangements, so to minimize confusions. Trust is very important to clients relationship. Other members of this team just keep on sending documents and requests without the loan consultants’ approval. Vicky is good but she would be better with proper documentation.

More hectic than when we purchased our home. Refinance was advertised as a no money to close refinance yet there was a lot of back and forth changes on the amount of money needed from us to close. As it was explained to me there was a mistake made by the processor. I understand mistakes happen but when mistakes can potentially cost someone thousands it makes you start to question what really is going on. 2nd was advised to cancel autopay too late now have to wait weeks for refund.
