The process was pretty smooth. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars across the board is because we didn't communicate personally so I can't speak on that. Also on my closing day there was a mishap that caused my closing to be delayed but we were still able to close the same day so it wasn't a major issue. Besides that, there was complete transparency throughout the process and everything was done completely and accurately.

The additional requirements to apparently due to covid made the process of verification exceptionally onerous and time consuming. Given our credit rating, a couple decades of impeccable on-time mortgage payments, significant on-hand cash and cash-flow should have been sufficient for anyone looking to extend a loan with confidence. My brother started a refinance on his house after we started ours and was completely finished within two weeks. He is recently self-employed had no such issues.
