The process moved pretty fast and Curtiss was in touch with me every step. The only thing that I wasn't too happy about was the fact that my loan information wasn't at the closing lawyers office in time. I had to find other arrangements for my belongings because I couldn't get the key until Monday and I closed on late Friday .

My refinance was not the best experience, I went to a time for a week with no one calling to update me about my loan I had to reach out to someone. But as far as professionalism and pleasant I was happy with that.
