Josh was respectful and answered questions immediately. I would have liked information on changing loan costs quicker, though. Nothing happened for two mos. and after I signed to close the loan, the underwriter had several questions and wanted more documents making it two weeks to funding. I feel like all of this should have been done before signing closing documents. I do understand that historically low interest rates figured into them being unusually busy and behind.

Think I had 4 different loan officers, once I got the last one it was fine. Think it might be because people are working from home. They kept calling my wife’s employer to check employment almost daily, even after we signed the closing documents. It was actually four different people kept calling.
