Matt was helpful and responsive. The only thing that would have made the experience better was to limit the number of contact points. I think we eventually worked with 4 people which made the process confusing at times.

The communication and walkthrough of pricing made the process really easy. The only thing I would ask to be different is for cost to close to be more accurate, however that’s not uncommon for things to change during this process. Thank you and the team for all the support through this.

Mike was informative. The only issue was a disconnect with the title agency. I asked for advanced notice of when I would need to sign. I was called at 2:15pm on a Friday and told I needed to sign by 5pm the same day. Also, the documents had several typo's. In some places I had to sign my middle initial and in others I did not. The Notary person said she had never seen that before. Because of this, the signing took about twice as long.

Working woth Laura was fantastic. She was recommended by my realtor for her knowledge and experience.
