The loan process took longer than we had hoped, Being we already had a mortgage with you that we got a year ago and we have never missed a payment and were always on time. Also, we were lowering our payment and interest rate we thought this would go much faster. We had Michelle for both loans - she was in contact with us more with the first loan, There were extenuating circumstances this time but slow process and lack of contact was the reason for 4 stars.

Being educated with spreadsheet and options. If there are multiple visuals attached with the communication, it makes learning the process much easier. Verbal relay needs a visual so that learning can happen. Buying a house is stressful enough, so when you make the numbers and process easier to understand, it helps take this away for customer.

I switched lenders from, a major bank, in the middle of escrow because nothing was moving forward. It was the best thing! we got a lower rate, lower mortgage payment, and closed in 21 days! The whole process was smooth, quick and hassle free.
