Steve was great. Lenders were switched in between, my client was charge a rate extension on a very prominent loan, and it took over 90 minutes at closing to get the documents reviewed. Couple that with the fact we need permits and COs for the appraisal. Again I would refer Steve for sure. Good guy and great with clients but the back end at that company is not ideal.

Shane was great. You can always get ahold of him with any questions or problems. I would recommend Shane to someone else but I would not recommend New American Funding. I found that the team behind Shane was very disorganized. There were several times I had to get them the same document multiple times. Additionally, there were some problems where the others seemed to lack common sense. Thankfully Shane was usually able to solve those issues. So again I’m impressed with Shane, but not with others
