Pam, navigated through difficulties to get us to closing on the 9th day after the unilateral 8 day extension was issued. There were delays from lender UW, buyer (personal docs, not loan related). Seller, side HUD delay-Okay with delay on seller end, but not buyer delays. When unilateral 8 was issued, each day after seller threatened to terminate if closing did not happen on 8 day. After begging for 1 extra day. Lender closed loan on 9th day with rush issued but we closed. I am pleased with Pam.
