I had a lot of follow up from the beginning of the process. It was a very relaxed process with time to ask questions. One thing that I would have liked would be that the notary wasn’t confirmed. I followed up the day before and then I had to call the notary myself to confirm the appointment.

I cant tell who and where the process got screwed up taking more than 4 months to close the loan. But at the end it cost me more money to close the loan than what was agreed up on. I never caused any delays, provided what's needed from our side without delay. In multiple occasions the information and documents provided was asked repeatedly, and I have to keep bugging to get things going; which I shouldn't. So I expect the fees and charges incurred due to extension to be reimbursed, please.
