What made it great for me is that Loc went an extra mile helping us qualify for the mortgage. Other Brokers gave up and didn't put the effort into it and I appreciated Loc discussing this with his supervisor and finding ways to make it work.

It really took a long time getting going from one part of your team to another. It seemed that pertinent information was always missing and had to recollected which appeared to cause delays in time. Also it appeared that we were having to communicate with two people regarding the same issues causing us to question which one to respond to.
