First let me say that Heather Scruggs was outstanding. She helped us pick the right mortgage, and we felt completely comfortable about working with her. The process after we were passed off to the loan processor was less than stellar. Our processor, Jose Espinoza rarely answered our questions, and we were lucky if he responded at all. Through the rest of the process after he took over was the most stressful financial transaction that I have experienced in my 50 years.

They were mostly efficient and polite to work with. Took a long time for a subordination agreement to come in, but overall, good, but they do charge their customers for lock extention that are not due to anything I did, which I find wrong.

Overall communication was amazing. Frederick communicated quite well on the credits and various options available to us. Near the end of the loan there was a bit of a miscommunication on the credit towards our loan, but it all worked out in the end. Highly recommend!
