Shiv Enakar is great to work with. I had some issues to work through and he assisted me to get the green lights we needed to close. The only problem I had was toward the end with the file dragging through the Underwriters department which delayed the close by a day. Everyone very nice and easy to work with. Shiv worked to get us a great rate and very discount that was available and that we qualified for.

Marti was a pleasure and probably the only thing that kept me going through the process. I felt the rest of the process was a little lack luster in communication and slow at times unfortunately. Refinancing may be a slower process than I thought, compared to getting a loan for a home purchase. But I just felt there were months of no updates and left in the dark on what is to come next or needed for the next steps.

Gabriel Garcia was great. The folks on the back end of the house not so much. Emails and phone calls to them went unanswered. Gabriel stepped in and tried to help. New American Funding should train everyone so they provide the same level of service as Gabriel.
