From the start Leon was punctual. I had no issues with contact which is very important. Towards the end when I started dealing with the other people the issue arose where they would not give me updates on important issues until right before I looked forward to completing a step. But all in all they made sure that everything was right for me and my family. I am thankful for them. Thanks Leon your the best

Easy to work with & did a great job getting our clients approved in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and answered any question I, or my clients had. Only thing I would critique is communication. Occasionally, Raul would become hard to reach. But for 95% of the time, he was available and answered reasonably quick.
