Kevin was very knowledgable and accomodating. I don't have an grievance with him or his company. The question however was about the overall experience. I just had to supply the same information over and over again. I first started with the info in Feb and was till getting the same reports in April. I understand they needed to be updated after a few months but disappointed it took that long to get it to the next lender.
