I'm going to give constructive feedback instead... It is misleading to tell people you'll provide a potentially lower rate if their credit score climbs to a certain level, and then when ready to do so, get told a) your score likely lowered with the first check so there is risk, and b) that it will delay the loan... If that was said up front, great. If not told until you ask later, no so cool.
