The usual underwriter demand for documents included one which I had already submitted and a request for the phone number of my deceased wife. Then, five days AFTER I had signed all the closing documents I was asked to submit the home survey, which would have been easy if it was requested before. I do understand that the Covid disaster makes everything more difficult to co-ordinate and each of the folks who muddled through this were very courteous.
