Carlos is very personable and supportive. He assisted me throughout the process. The only complaint I have is that he does not always return a phone call in a timely fashion. Otherwise he was available and knowledgeable. In all honesty I could be demanding and have a tendency to panic. So all in all he was very helpful in explaining to me the process and walking me through it.
