My only real complaint is the inconsistency of e-signature options. Wet signs are wasteful, ineffecient and more error-prone.

Easy to work with although they could be a little better with the response times on the emails we send back and can also be a little more specific on certain emails. Being a first time home buyer, we were clueless on some of the emails that were sent out to us so we had to call several times to get it explained to us. The service we received in general we very great!
