I think that the team of New American Mortgage did a great job!! However, the title company was another story. I have purchased many homes over the years and have never had a problem with a title company like I did with Vantage Title. The problem is with their inaccurate information that they found with regards to a previous sale of one of our homes and with a problem getting the title information done right on our current problem. I had to do the research to correct their inaccuracies.
