I was originally told there would be a waiver for the appraisal cost, but it turned out that the waiver “disappeared,” and I ended up having to pay for an appraisal. Not the end of the world, but I was disappointed that New American Funding didn’t offer to at least split the cost with me, as this was part of the reason I chose them over another lender. Otherwise, things went just fine and I am very happy with the refinance and the people I worked with!

Marc was awesome and took care of everything. He was on top of it and tried to do his best with pushing the loan through. However, the Sr. Processor never got backed to me on questions i needed answered. (Im still waiting) i ft like they should of done a better job explaining the process and timelines. They would give time lines and they would fall through. Marc overall was great above him the service was inadequate.

First quote was wrong but he tried to correct the problem. Took way to long to get done. Wanted same paper work over and over again. But finally got it done.

Nichole is very nice, knowledgeable and professional to work with. She helped me understand many of the details needed, was encouraging as I gathered all necessary docs and did her best to communicate timely information. I was a little disappointed with the delay in our closing but I believe it was due to this pandemic and out-of-office workers at both this company and the title agency. Nichole is a beautiful person and is in your corner to work things out for you.
