After a rocky start with NAF due to losing out on a great interest rate because my loan officer left the organization and all communication ceased, I was able to successfully negotiate a new loan working with Pherrin. She did a great job, along with her LOA, Lori. Communication was effective and timely, process went smoothly.

Jordan was great. Kind, responsive, always answered our questions when possible, great attitude. Others such as one of your lead personnel- LC was awful. She is the one that continued to cheat us , not only one time, several times. At one point she would not take our call? Why? She purposefully delayed the process so that we had to pay out more money. She is the one that made all things a real problem.
