The process was very fast, which was great. I appreciate Matt’s frequent process updates and brevity. Brenda’s assistance was fabulous. Unfortunately, Maverick- the escrow service - were indeed Mavericks. More like a loose canon. I still don’t know how they got my middle name wrong. Before they got my corrections on the paperwork somehow they decided they were “good-to-go” from the 6:40am phone conversation we had.

Jennifer was easy to deal with during our work with her. We appreciate her answering questions and getting back to me promptly. If I could provide one piece of feedback it would be more around the process. We had the same documents requested multiple times, I had already sent it one occasion the prior day and then the next day was asked for it again (not Jennifer's fault, was someone else). I'd say other than minor disorganization a few times, New American and Jennifer were fantastic!

This is our second time getting a loan through Jessica. Nothing went wrong the first time so we felt comfortable going with her only, this second time around. I have recommended her to anyone that asks me about buying a house and so far 3 of my friends/family have gone through Jessica. I like that I can ask a ton of questions and they are always answered fully and thoughtfully, never making me feel silly for asking. thanks Jessica!
