Paula and Haleigh were great from start to finish, Period! They should receive hazardous duty pay for dealing with such a terrible underwriting support team and clunky input system. As someone that has spent most of his career in commercial real estate New American's CA underwriting team is a joke! Several times they requested redundant information only to again request it at a later time. I just saved and resent the same info. Seemed like amateur hour back office work from start to finish.
