Amanda was great at keeping an open line of communication with us. Moreover, she was not completely dependent on email as the only form of communication. Others within her organization were extremely reliant on email and would seldom contact us via telephone. This led to multiple delays in the processing of our loan. I do not have 24/7 access to my email and I'm sure other clients have a similar situation.
