We had an entire team of people working on our behalf to guide us through the loan process. Most of the people involved were extremely helpful and made themselves available via email, text, or phone call. If not immediately available, they were very quick to respond. There were no surprises or hidden fees.. Everything was up front and transparent which made this process much easier to navigate. Thank you to all that helped us!

Jon was great, and I would do business with him again. There were other delays by other personnel that were very frustrating. I requested a loan for 20% less than was pre-approved. One person kept asking for additional documentation, and it seemed as though every time I provided what was requested, that individual came back asking for something else. Lack of defined requirements in the process and nearly delayed the closing of the loan (we had more 30 days from, start to close).

Quick to answer all our questions and needs as a new home buyer. She made extra efforts to help with pressing questions and short deadlines plus got to us quickly with communications on weekends and days we didn't anticipate a response. Very supportive, she clarified and provided all we needed for details and paperwork throughout the full process. Worked wonderfully with all the details and getting everything flowing with our realtor and the rest of the team!

Erica was a super individual and a ton of knowledge. The company did not impress me. I’ve never had so many credit checks done in any of my other real estate loans especially for a $300,000 loan. If it wasn’t for Erica I don’t think I would of gone with New American Funding.
