Kari was fine. I have no issues about customer service with kari. For the most part she was responsive and punctual. I believe it was the people above her or the next level specialist. Many emails were sent. No reply . Phone call were made . No response. It's like he went MIA. Several times. It was very frustrating and bad business. We did finally close on the loan. Of course. It was not without problems getting funds and documents to title.

Brian worked very hard for us, and did everything he could to get us the best loan possible. There were some hiccups on the way to closing, but it all came together in the end. I would definitely recommend Brian to others who are looking to buy a home.

The overall service was excellent. It is hard for me to recommend/refer clients to an out of town Lender for a couple of reasons. I never heard about your down payment assistance and your I CAN Mortgage, whatever that might be. I also opened the door to future potential business so my assumption was that you are busy enough without my First Time Buyers and Renters. Kyle
