It was a standard transaction. It closed on time. You met the minimum expectation. Thank you. Ty, Im not sure if any loan officers are thinking "what can I do to exceed the expectations?" and I know its exausting to think about doing this on every deal. What would you have to do for an agent or client to rave about you? It would be doing more than the minimum. Either way its a fun brainstorm to say "what makes clients rave about me"? And that's the level of service I shoot for.
