From the very first day i called NAF they made me feel hopeful. The loan officer i worked with gave me a phone number that i could text over the weekend if we had any questions or found a house that we liked more than the house we were originally looking at. Several times when i would email or text the loan officer she would call right away to discuss my question over the phone rather than trying to go back and forth via electronic methods. I totally recommend New American Funding!
