Henry was great, so was RondaKae but NAF I am not so sure loan has been paid off and new loan installed but still getting pass due notice regarding old loan, also they are still working to refund a payment they processed that was not supposed to be, kinda messed up

It was unpleasant in that we were co-signing a loan from out of state. We were also in process of getting a loan ourselves for a home we are purchasing in-state. Lots of paperwork involved. Many, many players.

Leon was great but when other people got involve, it seem we were having a lot of issues. I think he didn’t have control over a lot of what happened during this experience. I didn’t like how long it took the appraisal to get done and then all the other back and forth about the appraisal. I also didn’t like the I was informed properly about the interest rate buy in. It was very frustrating when we missed our closing date by a week and half.
