I am extremely happy with the rate and terms of my loan. Matt was great and was communicative about the process. The overall length of the process took longer than I expected. Then, when New american was ready to close, it was extremely quick. Unfortunately, the timing of when this happened wasn't ideal. If I had had a better idea of the timeline going into this, I could have planned better.

Helen is so on top of it and followed up with me to keep me in the loop the whole way. I was disappointed that I did not get the original rate that she quoted but it was still a great rate!!!

I have nothing but good to say about Loyd over all it seemed to take quite a while for the process but that was after Loyds involvement and went to other areas.
