Overall good experience, however did have some miscommunication or lack of communication as we approached closing. Some of the issues may have been Covid related, but our closing was pushed once and I only found out after I reached out to confirm the appointment the morning of. On the second attempt the documents were not ready and the appointment was pushed 1.5hrs. Things worked out, but was a bit of a disconnect.
