Lyndsey was fine, it was after the loan left Lyndsey desk that the lack of communication started. Once the loan left Lyndsey, it seemed to be dropped and took a long time for thing to get done. We were having to repeat sending paper work. Everyone was nice and professional. Just a lot of miscommunication once it left Lyndsey’s desk. I know a lot of people were refinancing and maybe that had a lot to do with it. It just was not an over great experience. Not sure what could have made it better.

It took a long time to close, despite being told by the koan processor that I'd get closing documents within the week (at one month out from starting) then waiting another month and asking again. And being told I'd receive my disclosures the next day, and then it took another week.
